How does the 'Verified' status work?
The 'Verified' badge shows clients you are who you say you are. It is only awarded after a successful secure face-match against legal identity documents. Once verified, your status helps build trust instantly.
Why do I need to take Before & After photos?
These photos show exactly when and where the work was done. They protect you from disputes with clients and help build your trusted record on the platform.
Are there any hidden fees or commissions?
No. CONNECT provides the app, but we don't take a cut of your labor. We believe professionals deserve 100% of their earnings. All payments are handled directly between the client and the professional.
What if I lose internet connection on the job?
CONNECT saves your actions (messages, photos, updates) locally on your phone if you lose signal. The app automatically updates once your connection is back, so you never lose track of a job.
Is my location privacy protected?
Yes. Your exact location is only shared when you are actively coordinating with another user you've decided to connect with. Your privacy and safety are fully protected at all times.
