1. Safe Identity Verification
We check every professional's identity using secure face-matching technology against official databases. This helps keep our community safe. To make sure everyone is verified, accounts that don't complete this step within 3 days are removed.
2. Before & After Photos (Proof of Work)
We require photos when a job starts and finishes. These photos are saved with the exact time and location to protect both the professional and the client from any disagreements.
3. Your Location Privacy
Your exact location is only shared when you are actively messaging or traveling to a job. At all other times, your exact location is kept private and hidden.
4. Your Profile and Data
Your ratings and job history belong to you. You can ask us to delete your account and personal details at any time, although we may keep old job records to protect clients.
