This document explains the rules for using the CONNECT app.
1. Our Role
CONNECT is just an app that helps you find each other quickly. We do not act as an employer, contractor, or middleman. Any work agreement is directly between the client and the professional.
2. Zero Commission
CONNECT does not take a cut. We do not charge listing fees or commissions. The professional keeps 100% of their earnings from the client.
3. Before & After Photos Required
To ensure quality, professionals are required to take photos with location tracking before starting and after finishing every job. These photos help build trusted profiles.
4. Profile Ownership
Professionals own their ratings and history. However, faking photos or failing identity checks will result in a permanent ban from the platform.
5. Intellectual Property
The CONNECT app, name, logo, and all its features belong exclusively to CONNECT.
