CONNECT makes hiring and working together simple and secure. This guide explains the step-by-step process—from creating your verified account to finishing a job.
One Account, Client & Artisan Toggle
Getting started is simple. Register using your email and instantly configure your profile. CONNECT allows you to switch between Client and Service Provider roles from a single account using the navigation drawer menu.
Your settings, job history, and community metrics are managed independently under the same secure account, giving you full control.
Secure DIDIT Biometric KYC
Safety is built into our core. Under Profile → Identity Verification, users initiate a secure facial biometric scan and submit official government ID processed securely via the DIDIT SDK Edge proxy.
We enforce grace periods of 14 days for service providers and 90 days for clients. Overdue accounts are temporarily restricted from new jobs until verification is completed.
Standard Flow vs. Rapid IBS Flow
CONNECT supports two Operational workflows. Standard Flow matches planned projects inside a 50km radius by letting clients vet bids and portfolios. Rapid Flow matches emergencies instantly inside a 5km radius.
Under the Rapid Flow, the first nearby technician to accept is hired immediately. The system uses GPS geofencing to register arrival and start the job timer automatically.
Real-Time Chat & Media Sync
Once assigned, a secure chat opens. Users exchange messages, files, and audio recordings. Our offline cache queues actions locally and replays them automatically when connection drops.
For convenience, our custom audio player allows seekable playback. Upon job completion, a database trigger locks the chat to prevent post-contract harassment.
Geolocated & Timestamped Completion
Transparency is mandatory. Service providers are required to upload a photo of the completed work to request job closure. The system embeds author ID, device coordinates, and authoritative timestamps into the photo record.
This creates an immutable audit trail, protecting both clients and artisans from disputes and confirming physical arrival.
100% Direct P2P Payments
Payment on CONNECT is strictly between the client and the service provider. CONNECT collects no commission or lead fees. You negotiate rates and complete payments directly on your own terms.
Contribution Score & Search Visibility
Every successfully completed job enhances the provider's ranking. By participating in the Community Hub, sharing tips, and receiving likes, providers earn contribution points to boost their profile visibility.
