1. Secure Identity Verification
We verify every user's identity using secure face-matching technology and government document validation via the DIDIT SDK Edge proxy. To ensure a high-trust network, service providers are given a 14-day grace period (90 days for clients) to verify before account restriction is applied. To protect server resources, inactive, unverified accounts with no active jobs are permanently deleted after 30 days.
2. Mandatory Photo Proof of Work
Service providers are required to upload a check-out photo to finish a job. This media is embedded with authoritative device coordinates and timestamps, creating an immutable audit trail that prevents billing disputes and validates completion.
3. Location Privacy & Geofencing
Your coordinates are only synced during active Rapid Flow alerts or assigned job dispatches. Proximity matching is calculated server-side, and your precise location is fully masked and protected outside of active work coordination.
4. GDPR & NDPR Compliance (Account Deletion)
We respect your data rights. Requesting account deletion triggers a database cascade that permanently purges all personal credentials, KYC documents, and contacts. Past transaction records are anonymized to preserve system analytics without compromising your identity.
