Platform Terms of Service.
This document explains the rules for using the CONNECT app.
1. Our Role as digital Infrastructure
CONNECT is a digital matching utility. We do not handle payments, process transactions, or act as an employer, contractor, or broker. The platform is strictly a direct local connection tool; all financial exchanges, terms, and agreements are negotiated directly and paid directly between the client and the service provider.
2. Zero Platform Commission
CONNECT is a 100% free service. We do not charge lead fees, bidding costs, or commissions. Service providers retain 100% of the negotiated job value directly from the client.
3. Identity Verification & Grace Periods
Users agree to complete identity verification via the DIDIT SDK biometric scan when registering. We enforce a 14-day grace period for service providers and a 90-day grace period for clients. Failure to verify within these thresholds results in temporary account lockout. Inactive, unverified profiles with no active jobs are permanently deleted after 30 days.
4. Mandatory Photo Proof of Work
To request job completion, providers must upload a geolocated and timestamped check-out photo. Fraudulent photo uploads, location spoofing, or bad faith reviews are grounds for permanent account suspension, and repeat offenders are penalized via the Visibility Algorithm.
5. Intellectual Property
The CONNECT app, name, logo, and all its features belong exclusively to CONNECT.
